NSS is the brainchild of Mr. Suryakant Mapari, an Indian Navy veteran who served on INS Vikrant. He founded NSS in 1984 when security services weren’t as organized as they are today. Mr. Mapari’s extensive experience in the security sector, unmatched skills, knowledge, and ethical approach have helped NSS grow to the levels it is at today. He handed over NSS to Mr. Nilesh Mapari in 1990 but continues to guide the organization and catalyze its success even today!
Mr. Nilesh Mapari serves as NSS’s managing director. He took over the company from Mr. Suryakant Mapari in 1990 and since then, has been driving its success with his own unique experience and Mr. Mapari senior’s guidance.
Nilesh is a visionary businessperson with years of experience in security and facility management. His vision continues to propel the company’s success. It has helped it build an unbreakable reputation in its line of business.
Under his leadership, the company has grown to employ over 2000 people and serve the private and public sectors.
Mr. Chandrakant Ingale spearheads the company as its general manager. Before joining NSS, he served Maharashtra Police for over 33 years and retired from Maharashtra Police as Assistant Police Sub Inspector (Crime Branch, Pune).
Mr. Ingale’s expertise in the law-and-order sector and extensive experience in crime make him an asset to the company’s security vertical, particularly. He precisely understands the security needs of companies and contributes to security personnel training to ensure the safest, secure, and most reliable security services.
Mr. Ingale plays a significant role in the company’s success and has proved himself an asset to the organization. Being decorated with president's medal for his distinguished services in maharashtra police.
Mr. Prashant Sawale is another crucial part of the NSS’s management team. He handles the operations and marketing vertical of NSS. Mr. Sawale is an extensively experienced marketer who’s spent 30 years marketing products, services, and solutions for various business domains. He holds an MBA in marketing, HR, and finance management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
In addition to operations and marketing, Prashant looks after various other functions like sales, distribution, business development, process improvements, and system implementation. His confidence, experience, consistent efforts, and optimistic and customer-centric approach will help NSS soar to greater heights.
